Screening, dewatering, and energy recovery devices manufactured by Cleantech are proven and high-performing. Since our solutions are backed by hundreds of installations across a wide range of municipal and industrial applications, we have unparalleled experience in these areas.

It is a self-cleaning, inclining drum screen that is fed internally. The Roto-Sieve is the industry leader in quality, dependability, and performance with over 5000 units installed worldwide. The Roto-Sieve motor-driven screen is widely used in treating wastewater to safeguard MBR systems; for basic treatment; and for diverse sludge screening applications.

Rotary Drum Screens Roto-Sieve

Processors in the poultry, meat, and food industries, as well as breweries and wineries, and recyclers, use it not just to cleanse wastewater but also to process products.

  • Most liquids and solids separation processes may benefit from the Roto-Sieve rotating drum screen.
  • Roto-Sieve motor-driven screens are a good long-term investment because of their high operational dependability, extended service life, and low energy usage. The Roto-Sieve has been constantly improved and now represents the most sophisticated rotary drum screen on the market.
  • The unique drive arrangement on our bigger models needs no pinion gear wheels and minimum lubrication which greatly saves maintenance while also boosting operating durability.
  • Mechanically, the Roto-Sieve rotary screen is the finest option for mechanically separating materials. Larger and smaller perforated openings are available with capacities of up to 10 MGD.

A Lackey Sludge Heat Exchanger:

“Tube in Shell” sludge/water heat exchanger, HSW, is used to heat and cool biological sludge, as well as to recycle water. A cross-current movement of sludge and water ensures the best possible efficiency. Having a simple design simplifies and simplifies maintenance, to check, click here now.

  • Using a modular architecture, each heat exchanger in the HSW is tailored to the individual application.
  • Sludge tubes come in five different diameters. The design may include anything from one to four muck pipes per level and as many as two to 22 levels overall. A 20-foot sludge tube is not out of the question.
  • This flexibility in design optimizes speed, Reynolds number, strain rate, and pressure drops in the muck flow for effective heat transfer. ‘ Additionally, the heat exchanger’s physical size may be readily adjusted to fit in an existing plant while keeping a relatively compact footprint, making it ideal for retrofitting existing facilities.

Corrosion resistance:

It is made of high-corrosion-resistant metals. 316 stainless steel is used for the sludge tubes. Duplex stainless-steel alloy is used for all other wetted materials. It is better to utilize stainless steel than carbon steel since it has a longer lifespan and better heat transmission. As a further benefit, the sludge tubes’ design guarantees that big particles may flow through and that clogging danger is avoided.

Sludge heat exchangers and sludge churning chambers are unique and revolutionary. Designed to be compact, these turn chambers feature a low radius for ease of use. The temperature profile in the sludge tubes is more evenly distributed by the mixing action in the turning chambers.
